Bad bad place to rent
I stayed in one of their apartments in Ferndale. Called apartments on aok managed by a lady called Bessie They take time to do maintenance and also don’t payback deposit they will keep making excuses and blocking your calls

The lady called BaSetsana doesn’t answer my calls anymore I moved out two months ago I filled forms for deposit refund till today I havent received my money you call they keep making excuses even if you email or call the head offices nothing
