As a new tenant at Alley roads

As a new tenant at Alley roads. I moved in on the first of June 2024 at their Karen Park apartments and till today being the 10th of June I do not have any running water. When I try to inquire I am sent from pillar to post. My real estate agent won't even answer my calls. I am beyond frustrated because I cannot live in an apartment with my two toddlers without any running water.
