When I called the property manager she just asked me if I’ve paid my rent for January and I find that quite annoying because I paid the on the 20th of December. They have trash admin systems. Zero ethics and very quick to cut electricity and block meters for their own mistakes. I pay my rent on time every month but I always have to experience at least 2 days without electricity because for some reason they can’t trace the rent. Maintenance issues never get attended to. Rats come and go in my house because there is an opening in the bathroom that I’ve reported a million times. The electricity in this complex is 2x what you’d pay if you bought directly from the municipality. The gate motor has been broken for over a month now.
