Alley Roads!!! COMPLETE **** of a property company! AVOID THEM

This company is a complete **** which preys on people. They advertise their properties with incorrect information and as soon as you move in , all hell breaks lose. They put charges on the electricity of R145 every month,so you have to pay it before you buy electricity, mind you this was not in the initial lease agreement. They advertise the place as water included and then installed water meters out of nowhere. They do not communicate with any of the tenants and do not send any statements when requested. No one takes accountability for anything. They promised fibre and dstv and 8 months later no update on wether it will happen or not. There is no direct people to speak to and they do not answer emails. Tribunial housing needs to really check this company out as it is definitely ****ming hundreds of innocent individuals of their hard-worked for money!
