Poor Services Rendered.

I had a terrible 2 year long relationship with a rental estate consultant by the name of Tenille Sham. She never answered calls and she never rep**** to messages. The last straw was when the tenants lease ended and she vacated the apartment. There was alot of damages and a broken washing machine which was part of the lease agreement. When I queried this her response was it's not responsibility of Allegiance for any damages.

Upon further investigation, speaking directly to the tenant. The tenant advised me Tenille was informed 6months prior to her lease ending about the washing machine not working, which she never mentioned to me, and apparently other things that needed to be fixed, none of which was mentioned to me. I would defintely not recommend her services.
