No feedback - 0 after sales service

2 Years after buying a property through this agency and still have not received feedback in regards to the house plans . I now have major leaks and cannot get assistance from my insurance because I dont have the plans . I have asked numerous time from my agent with no response - I have even got a signed declaration saying that the plans would be sent but no once can assist me with this . My frustration is at a very high point now with not even so much as a phone call . Just terrible after sale service.
