Bad service from Karly Farah / Coetzee

I have requested Karly Farah/ Coetzee to remove my property listing on property 24 as her mandate expired on 3 July. The agent I appointed in her place contacted her on Tuesday and she promised to remove it. This was not done. I contacted her on Thursday to remove it immediately and again she said she would remove it, and still not done. I want this listing removed with immediate effect
