Appalling Service Delivery

My experience with Allegiance Properties has been a traumatic one. I rent one of the properties under their agency in Ormonde View it a mission to deal with these people and have been having trouble with the geyser over 3 years with a trail of emails sent to them but matter is not resolved to date. No follow up when they sent in eletrician to assess the situation. Till this day geyser is not working we have to you bathing basin because of this no one seem to care even the lady responsible within Allegiance Properties (Nobuhle) is not helpful with empty promises day in and day out. I will never recommend this company to any person seeking properties to rent.
