Disgusting 🤮 rental property

Went to view a rental property listed by Marailese from Allegiance Properties Soma

I just wanted to make you aware of my viewing experience today 27 August 2026 in Kibler park

I feel my time as a potential tenant and client was not respected. The house I viewed was in an unacceptable state - dishes piled in the sink, toilets not flushed, beds unmade. The property was filthy beer bottles every rooms smelt like a brothel .

As an agent, I believe you should prepare your tenants when viewings are scheduled and ensure the property is clean, intact and presentable for potential clients.

I came all the way from far for this viewing and it felt like a waste of time and fuel. I do like the house itself, but the condition it was presented in was really disappointing and disgusting 🤮
