Spam Calling from Allegiance Soma properties
This business call me every week to try and buy or sell me a property. I have asked them a hundred times to remove me from their calling lists but they seems to completely ignore me. It is also notable that every time they call it is a different number that either says they have a massive amount of staff, therefore making a significant amount of money from people on commission, or their staff churn rate is very high. How does one stop these spam calls from these people if blocking numbers don't work anymore.

Disgusting 🤮 rental property
Went to view a rental property listed by Marailese from Allegiance Properties Soma I just wanted to make you aware of my viewing experience today 27 August 2026 in Kibler park I feel my time as a potential tenant and client was not respected. The house I viewed was in an unacceptable state - dishes piled in the sink, toilets not flushed, beds unmade. The property was filthy beer bottles every rooms smelt like a brothel . As an agent, I believe you should prepare your tenants when viewings are scheduled and ensure the property is clean, intact and presentable for potential clients. I came all the way from far for this viewing and it felt like a waste of time and fuel. I do like the house itself, but the condition it was presented in was really disappointing and disgusting 🤮

Waiting for my Deposit
I left the property i was renting in at Richmond Park in an immaculent condition. In fact, the new tenants went out of their way to thank me. I stayed for one year, never missed my rent, left on the 29th of Dec 2025. I would like to think i am one of those human beings that is always considerate of others however , i am not begging for my deposit back. I was told 21days & still nothing , what a disappointment guys, there is very little integrity left in this world sadly.
