*****ING MONEY AFTER CANCELING MY SUBSCRIPTION

I decided to sign up for the free trial that All you can books were offering and decided that the membership service was not something that I wanted to be part of. I then decided to cancel my subscription before the end of the month free trial so that i do not have to pay for the service. A few days ago I got a notification from the bank that a cost of R299 (South Africa) was deducted from my bank account for this subscription that i had canceled! I did not receive the cancelation email or any other form of notification. I then emailed them explaining this and they had told me that i had requested a password change and not a cancelation of the subscription. This is absolutely not true as I specifically remember that I had canceled the subscription. I then tried to cancel the membership once again (Which they make it immensely difficult to do so) after having googling how to do so. I then received an email saying that it had been canceled this time, which they did not send me the first time that i had canceled it. They made no effort whatsoever to try and assist me with a refund or any further help with regards to this. Now just a few minutes ago i had received another notification from my bank that ANOTHER R299 had been deducted out of my bank account after canceling my subscription for the SECOND time now in a matter of 3 or so days!!! that is almost R600 that has been ****** from me by All You Can Books. I have tried to sort this matter out privately with them but they refuse to be of any help and is why i have decided to write on Hellopeter in the hopes that they do the right thing and refund the money and for them to take accountability for their flawed system and apologise. All i want is my money back and to be done with All You Can Books. I would suggest that no one ever even visits their website yet alone sign up for this **** that they are running.

I WANT MY MONEY BACK IMMEADIATELY!!!
