ALL YOU CAN'T BOOKS!!! BAD ****

Well I can's say enough! I was given a free trial, I cancelled immediately and then when I emailed them they said they could not locate my account? I registered on my email. They also asked me for information that I could not answer... Customer Number... There is no where to find a customer number as their account section is your name, email and password with no ability to change anything... I believe they are ******** you with the free trial and not letting you cancel.
