All You Can Books

I signed up for the free trial on 16 April 2020 - and cancelled 01 May 2020. On 3 June 2020 i receive a birthday gift of cash into my paypal account - which then immediately gets taken by All you can books with no warning. I email their helpdesk and they tell me i never cancelled my service - and that you agree to the monthly charge when you sign up. until you cancel. I did go back online and cancelled - have no idea why their website did not register this. And why MORE than a month after the signup did they take money! I get a response now that i did not cancel therefore i was billed, but to keep me a satified customer i have unlimited access for the remainder of my subsription. They are a bunch of *******!!
