DO NOT SIGN UP. Why? After canceling my subscriptions, I was STILL charged.

I signed up hoping for more and shortly realized it was not worth it.

A full reimbur*****t is warranted and what I'm owed, as I had followed protocol during tne trial period. Which is to cancel the subscription before the trial is experied.

Doing the following.I canceled my account followed with a complete deletion of my account, DID NOT HELP!

I have tried to contact the help desk directly and kept receiving an automated response.

I expect a full reimbur*****t, DO NOT SIGN UP.
