This company will ***** your money

Made payment for a phone, after informing them that I want it and will send them pop, and they sold the phone. I then requested a refund and they don't even reply to my messages (I have even added a screenshot of their lack of communication). I might actually have to take them to small claims court so I can get my money back with interest, which is unnecessary admin and irks me. This was in January and it is still not resolved. They will happily respond during the enquiry stages, but once they have your money then they could care less.
