I gave in a laptop 2 months ago to repair. I then suggested they buy it from me. They agreed to pay me for it and I submitted the payment form. I called and they said it would be done. Still nothing. I tried calling their number over 20 times no answer. They dont reply to messages and they dont answer calls. They have my laptop, and havent paid me for it.

I am beyond disappointed with All Things Apple (Hillcrest). I bought a brand-new IPHONE 13 from them, and just once I decided to switch off my phone. When I turned it back on, the phone had an activation lock; unfortunately, I have forgotten my password. I tried resetting the password, but my phone is suddenly attached to the phone number (ending with 07) that I have never seen. I went back to the shop, and they told me that the only way my phone will work is if they wipe it, I was worried a lot because the phone held my memories and, most importantly, my Master's dissertation... after the store assistant had consulted with the store owner and they agreed that the only way was to wipe my phone, I finally agreed and they wiped it but the activation lock didn't disappear, I waited for over 2 hours and at the end they told me that there was nothing they could do and that I have to remember my password. I told them that if the phone was second-hand, they should contact the previous owner and ask them to remove my device from their list of devices. They told me that they couldn't help me, so I left, and I went to iStore in Pavilion. I wanted to get the phone checked if it wasn't second-hand/pre-owned because that was the only thing that made sense to me at the time. I went to iStore, and I made an appointment with a technician who taught me how to use APPLE SUPPORT. I submitted a case to Apple Support, and luckily they responded within a day requesting a reseller's proof of ownership. I contacted All Things Apple and showed them the email from Apple, and I explained that I had my own invoice from when I bought the phone from them; I just need their invoice from their supplier to prove that they owned the phone that they sold me. All Things Apple told me that they won't give me an invoice from their supplier. I know that Invoice realities in the Secondary Market use Serial Number Tracking because high-level wholesale invoices occasionally list specific device IMEI or serial numbers. I just needed an invoice that shows that they bought this phone before selling it to me. If a reseller like All Things Apple refuses to provide proof of ownership for an activation-locked phone they sold me, I think they should just give me a full refund as stated under the Consumer Protection Act. I am currently without a phone, and it pains me to have paid so much money for a brand-new phone only for it to be locked out and the seller refusing to help me. At this point, I need All Things Apple to help me fix my phone (give me proof of ownership and comply with Apple) or refund me. Rest assured, I am never buying a phone from ATA - HILLCREST. My invoice number is 15637.

Made payment for a phone, after informing them that I want it and will send them pop, and they sold the phone. I then requested a refund and they don't even reply to my messages (I have even added a screenshot of their lack of communication). I might actually have to take them to small claims court so I can get my money back with interest, which is unnecessary admin and irks me. This was in January and it is still not resolved. They will happily respond during the enquiry stages, but once they have your money then they could care less.
