Wind Turbines from Alibaba.com and Wuxi Ruifeng New Energy Technology Co., Ltd.

I purchased 2 wind turbines from a company called Wuxi Ruifeng New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. through Alibaba.com. I have used Alibaba before and didnt have an issue. This time because of the value I decided to take Trade Assurance to protect myself. The first problem was when the company shipped the 2 turbines from the factory to their warehouse in China. They then declared to Alibaba that my turbines were delivered in November 2020 and you only get 30 days of Trade Assurance. They then delivered the turbines to me in January which meant my Trade Assurance was no longer valid. After a week of arguing with Alibaba and providing all the proof they finally conceded and reinstated my Trade Assurance. I then logged a trade assurance dispute as the wind turbines only produced around 5 to 10 volts on average in the stated wind condition of 11ms. Even well over 11ms the maximum volts produces was 21 volts. The turbines and controller are rated for 48 volts. After producing all the evidence, videos, photos, voltage rating etc Alibaba just rejected my claim. Their suggestion was to contact the supplier and discuss it with them, however the supplier just fails to respond. Or tells me to mount it higher. Its already mounted 12 meters off the ground, how much higher do they want it? And I live in a very windy city. Well Alibaba.com that is it, no more purchases from me!
