Harmful products and bad communication

I am writing this review to issue an urgent warning to all South African business owners and entrepreneurs looking to source cosmetics via Alibaba. I placed a large order for cosmetic face creams with the supplier [Guaaguangzhou prink international cosmetics, co,ltd,] through the Alibaba platform, and it has resulted in a massive financial loss and a public health nightmare.First, the shipment arrived with significant physical damage due to terrible, substandard packaging. When I immediately contacted the company to dispute the damage, they took zero accountability, offered no solution, and aggressively blamed me for the transit damage.Worse was yet to come. I packaged the face creams and sold them to my first 12 customers. Shockingly, every single one of those 12 customers came back to me with a severe, painful skin rash all over their faces. This product is chemically hazardous, completely unsafe for human skin, and a massive liability. I had to instantly halt all sales and issue immediate refunds out of pocket to protect my clients.When I tried to urgently contact the supplier to find out what chemicals were in the product and demand an explanation, I discovered that they had BLOCKED me. They took a huge amount of my money, sent toxic and broken goods, and completely cut off communication to evade accountability.
