Even verified suppliers with the highest ratings on Alibaba are manipulating shipping information and tracking numbers that results in order pages closed without your order been delivered - so the customer cannot claim a refund. The Alibaba automated customer service then in turn does not give you the option to lodge a complaint or claim a refund, because they see the order as complete. The Alibaba system can be manipulated by suppliers not to assist the customer.
