Bad customer service

I am really unhappy with the service received from Shan**** Buluoer Intelligent Technology

I have had a dispute with them for more than 2 years on and off and getting no joy

I imported a Co2 Laser Engraving Machine which was shipped to South Africa from them and have had nothing but bad service from them

No quality check was done on the machine, when I received it the wires were incorrectly connected. Also damages to my laser tube with the testing which they are refusing to replace

I forked out almost R10 000 already for an electrician, a specialist and a training instructer to help me figure out that the tube for thee lens was installed the wrong way around and to help bypass the fuse box that melted.

I did not receive the correct rotary axis with the laser marking machine I ordered as i wanted to be able to engrave on cups as well and never received the rotary axis for the Co2 Laser Engraving Machine.

The excuse for not getting the rotary axis for the Co2 Laser Engraving Machine, after numerous messages and threats to sue, is that I paid for 100W tubes and not 130W tubes

When I sent them proof of the shipping documents showing I paid for it I was just ignored

I am still being ignored

Don't ever trust to buy from this company
