Another Chinese ****

I ordered an item on Alibaba.com and was assured by Alibaba that it was safe. If it would not arrive, I would get a refund. There were those unfortunate "delays" in the shipment and after many assurances that it was on it's way , "just be patient" , "don't complain yet" ,it still did not arrive. After 2 months the supplier started to ignore me and so I contacted Alibaba. To my surprise Alibaba told me that I would not get my refund because I complained "too late"!!! ***! Crime on Alibaba expires after 30 days. That website is just a ****! Avoid!!!!!!
