Alibab.com worst online supplier

Bought a product and had the supplier ship the consignment, On the invoice they charged 240USD for shipping, after the consignment left and was almost at the destination port, we received another shipping bill for 340 USD.

When we queried the bill with the supplier, we were informed that the 240USD was for CIF charges, non of this information was disclosed at the time of the sales agreement.

The amount is disguised as a "Shipping Fee", to ad insult to injury the shipper sent the consignment to another city, and then forcefully abandoned the stock.

When Alibab.com was contacted and a dispute logged with trade assurance, all the evidence form outside indicated that the supplier was misleading and also dropped the shipment in the wrong port, they still sided with the supplier, and expected us to cover the costs for the error of the supplier.

Trade assurance is a ****, they will not refund your money and will fight to ensure that their suppliers do not suffer losses, even if all evidence indicates that they are in the wrong.

Don't buy from Alibab.com, they have some sketchy suppliers who **** people just so that they can meet sales targets.
