September l decided to start a business line and then went through Alibaba.com for a good supplier to help me manufacture my own cosmetics line.I then was told to pay USD455 for my branding and labeling l didn’t payment,after payment the supplier went quite l was the one who was constantly asking her for the shipping process she would sometimes not even respond,l then opted for the tracking number she gave me days after asking for it the package was shipped via DHL l was constantly tracking it and calling DHL.Until early this month DHL told me they are going to destroy my goods because they want the importers code which l then stated it to the supplier she then told me she doesn’t know what to do nor understand what they mean.I then requested for a refund l was given the same story by Hannah who works at the trade dispute she then told me to give evidence l gave all the evidence that DHL was seeking she just told me she’ll dispute the case,I’m so upset that I’m being ****med and paid for goods that l didn’t receive Alibaba.com is a ****!
