Alibaba *****ing money.

I ordered and paid for a product via Alibaba Trade Assurance. Received product and thats where the problems started. I complained to them the same day I received the product. It was not the same as advertised. Inferior product . Faulty product. They wanted evidence. How could I prove that a speaker on the handset is not working. The camera is of VGA quality not at all the 26meg camera as advertised. They offered a partial refund then later said no refund is due. So I now have a faulty unusable product that I paid for and there is nothing I can do about it. I feel that they STOLE my money. It feels like a ****. They take your money tell you that if you not happy you are covered by the TRADE ASSURANCE but that is a lie. They dont care . They just want your money. DO NOT trust ALIBABA. They are just ******* .
