Alibaba buyer protection failed to protect buyer from *****

<p>An Alibaba Gold member emailed me promotional material to convince me to buy a machine which could treat 9 skin conditions and attached a marketing video showing that the particular machine worked instantly (immediate results)</p> <p>I received the machine and it could not perform any of the actions. </p> <p>I lodged a complaint using Alibaba buyer protection which is what i used to purchase the machine.</p> <p>I uploaded all the evidence and they refused to refund me. Their excuse was that it was hard to tell if the product is working or not.</p> <p>I offered to send the machine back to supplier as it is just taking up space and has no function.</p> <p>The marketing material they used in promoting the machine to me is not even of the same machine and this evidence i also uploaded to the site.</p> <p>I used Alibaba buyer protection because i wanted to be protected against *****.</p> <p>I uploaded my evidence after i received a machine that could not perform any of the actions and also showed that the machine is not the same as the one the seller used in their marketing material.</p> <p> </p> <p>Alibaba buyer protection ignored my evidence and failed to protect me against *****. I don't even think they bothered to read my communication. I think they are getting so many complaints that they can't cope and just refuse to look at cases</p> <p> </p> <p>In my experience it is not safe to buy using Alibaba buyer protection.</p> <p> </p> <p>If you are a person of faith, all you can do is pray that you get what you paid for.
