Alibaba buyer protection failed to protect buyer from *****

<p>Supplier in China contacted me with marketing material offering a machine with 9 functions and imediate results. they even included a marketing video. I was hesitant and used Alibaba buyer protection. for this service they charge a fee on every transaction. When the machine arrived it was not the same as in the video and could not perform a single action. i escalated a dispute months ago. i repeatedly had to give evidence. at the end of the day i was not refunded and not protected. Buyer protection offers no protection and they did not consider my evidence. i lost 35k and much more in loss of income due to lack of equipment. i need to order another machine and will rather buy from another country. beware: There is no buyer protection in Alibaba buyer protection service. </p>
