Alibaba buyer protection assurance is a ****

BEWARE WHAT YOU BUY VIA ALIBABA. We used them assuming their buyer protection assurance protected our purchase. Well it did not. ALIBABA ONLY PROTECTS THE SUPPLIERS OF GOODS and DO NOT CARE ABOUT THE BUYER. I experienced this first hand. Don’t be fooled.
