Alibaba bad service

Be very very careful when purchasing anything through Alibaba. Their "Trade Assurance "is not worth a single cent. I bought a product backed by the Alibaba "Trade Assurance ". I logged a complaint within 48hours of receiving the product. The product specifications advertised and the product that arrived were not the same. The product was faulty out of the box. Logged numerous complaints and app**** for a refund. Sent in evidence of product faulty product. They point blank refused to acknowledge the inferior product and refused a refund . I am now stuck with a product that cost +$100 excluding taxes and I cannot use it . Bad service . They only look after their suppliers.
