Hi I have purchased a product from alibaba via an agent sent my money to him on his bank acc after he received my money he sent the item only to be held by customs and now he wants me to pay that fees which is not part off the agreement.company policy if not happy with product 90 day money back gaurenty waiting science April no luck with this guy refuse to take my call or answer my watsup
