EXTREMELY UNHAPPY and DO NOT TRUST them with your money

Good morning, I am writing this to seek assistance. I started with Msv corporation back in 2016 where I was promised the best and professional service with them as well as Alfonzo Pedro who distributes the payments. The 1st 2 years were great however after that I never seem to get any assistance what so ever. My contract said that I would be making a payment of R3000 every month and not once was my payment late! I received my monthly statements and this year after 2 years I was so excited as my debt was almost finished. My latest statement shows that the total and final amount due would be R1449. 81 so I was very excited. I then sent an email to them to request a statement with their fees included for me to make my final payment. This was on 04/09. Received feedback from Lindi Rollom that she will contact Nedbank for a correct statement I responded and ask what she meant with correct statement as that confused me. She then said according to them the closing balance is R6243. 29 and requested them to send a statement so the she can do their own investigation where I responder that she should please do so as my statement shows only R1449 and that is what I will pay. This was on 07/09 on 12/09 she advised they requested statements from the PDA to look at all the payments paid to Nedbank. On 12/09 She sent me the statement from Nedbank stating I owe R6224. I was furious and confused as this does not correspond with my statement so where did my money go then if not to Nedbank? I copied every email I know from Msv and Alfonzo with the hope of getting an investigation done. On 25/09 still no response whereby I sent yet another email and received a response from Moses Augus stating that the documents from DC Partners and Nedbank were sent to me and that they get situation where they have to update balances due to system errors. Basically telling me that I have to pay the R6243. I responded that same day as i still have no clear answer as to how much I need to pay or why the statements do not correspond. In every email I asked someone to phone me and up to date nobody did, also no further feedback as to what is going on. How can I have a statement showing the closing balance R1449 and then all of the sudden they say I owe over R6000........ Please help me as I do not know what to do anymore. No one seems to want to be of assistance and my questions are being ignore. I have to make payment tomorrow and don't even know how much. Never in my life have I experienced such no care attitude and these are the people that I trust with my money and debt
