Non-payment of refund demand by Fin Support SA
Alfonzo Pedro & Associates t/a Fin Support SA in December 2024 successfully removed my name from Debt Review.I was charged R3000.00 which I paid in three monthly instalments of R1000.00 per month.I then requested their assistance in January 2025 to remove prescribed debts on my credit profile.I was charged R3000.00 and agreed to R1500.00 at the end of March 2025 and balance at the end of April 2025. But they put me back to debt review again and made proposal to pay on my behalf.I requested an explaination why they put me in debt review after I have just paid them R3000.00 two months ago to remove my name. I then got a message from Miss Bongiwe who wrote an email apologizing for thier error and informed me that they removed my name from debt review the second time and sent me another debt review clearance certificate.I then asked for the R1500 which was deducted off my bank account on 31 March 2026 and cancelled my next debi-check R1500 balance payment at my bank. Fin Support claims that I agreed to debt restructuring and therefore the R1500 was used for that service of which none of my debts were restructured.No service was ever provided by Finsupport and therefore I am claiming my R1500 back from Finsupport.Finsupport is refusing to pay me back.
