Bad service

Good day.

This company has been bad since i joined them. They not doing their jobs and ignore calls and emails. A guy called Jody is now dodging all my calls and mails. I am paying to them but my creditor deducted also. They told me they will make sure i get refund now they running away and don't want to assist me at all.
