BAD SERVICE

these people are really like a ****..they asked or phone and say they can help, they request that you do a stoporder for first payment and keep on contacting you that they need the payment.After they get the money , they don't communicate , you have to keep on phoning them..they don't send you any letters nothing..you leave messg but nothing.Eventually you get frustrated and you now want to cancel the deal...Hello now they get back to and give you all kind of excuses.You ask to have your money refunded ..they now send you documents that they have send to your creditors..but wait ..its been 3 months already..no one document of follow up or a return document from any creditor..So now they tell you cannot be refunded because they used the money for admin fees...soooo much money for only that paperwork..Just aswell I did not do the next stop order as I requested them to do a debit order of which they also never got back to me..In a nutshell..they very unproffesional,poor service and lie to people.Do not recommend them for anybody..So disgusted that I want to expose them everywhere..so please don't get involved with them ...safe you money as you yourself can most proberly do a better job then them
