AP Associates debt counselors

Stay Away from this firm!!!!!! I was approached in December from a consultant from AP Associates regarding my debt revue, The offer me a lower premium almost R2000 lower tat I was currently paying with my current debt revue company, no we all know if you can safe you will consider, so I joint up (worst mistake EVER) I asked the consulted what about my court odder, I was assured that I dint need to worry about anything they will take care of me ( LIE LIE LIE) so I paid end of December an amount of R13500 over to them, unknowingly that that payment din't went to the places I ow money that was all just legal cost, so December none of the creditors was paid setting me back one month of payment, In Jan an amount of R13500 was paid again to AP Associates that needed to go to the PDA company to pay my creditors, when folowing up on this matter AP associates responded that that PDA didn't know where to allocate the money to?? starting t arise some questions because if they did there work it wouldn't have been a problem, so this is where it all start, suddenly all my accounts was handed over to attorneys and they starting to phone, I reported this to AP associates and they assured me that everything is fine, ja until the Standarbank phoned notifying me that they are in the process of pepossessing my home, phone AP associates "don't worry sir they cant take your house" when February payment was paid directly to PDA every one was paid, so where is Jan payment I ask, how can one months payment go trough but the previous payment they don't know where to allocate the money to. these are a bunch of people that just want to take your money and doesn't doe an thing for the client, if you ask for a statement they don't come back to you, if you ask them how far is the process they are either in court or on there way to the office or lunch I just don't know what they are doing,We where on the verge of loosing our home and AP Associates was in the Don't care mood, my wife nearly resigned from here job so that we could just keep our home, lucky she didn't, hand to make a loan from my family to pay off all the outstanding areas amount of R26000 on my home just to keep my house. people stay away from AP Associates, if you need to go under debt revue go to debt rescue.
