Their service is poor Agent Mercia of Alec MASSEL is absolutely terrible with her clients’, she shows no urgency to assist in time no matter how we need her assistance, but have no issues sending us letter of demand yet arrangements were confirmed by her and she don’t keep up to her promises, then tell us about company’s protocols yet she fail to meet customer’s requirements and expectations Very disappointed on her service😔
