Terrible Company to rent with Alec Massal

I have just problems with Alec Massal Real Estate. They sent me a email that I am in arrears with my account and after I sent the proof of payment they cut off my electric metre. I ask to correct my account with the extra cost because I was in " arrears" which I wasn't in arrears.. I never missed a monthly payment .. they don't get back to me. This is unacceptable and Lindi ignore emails and calls this is bad
