Pathetic Deposit *******

I have had the worst experience dealing with these people, so much so that I believe they are ******. They have robed me of so much money and still carry on doing it. They first gave me wrong statements, cut my electricity to force me to pay monies I do not know and finally when I decided to leave them, they refuse to refund me my deposit money. They hide their ****** behind using Mercia as their scapegoat. I have gone to EAAB and have lodged my complaint there. Debbie is the most difficult person to talk to. The whole team is useless and if they think that I will let this pass, they are mistaken. I want my deposit back. It's been over 2 months now and no one seems to care to give me a feedback. I have all the evidence of all the payments I have made and will use them. I'm just disgusted by their conducts. If there was less rating, I would give them no star at all.
