Non Service

I had a unit through Alec Massel. My rent and levies have never ever been in arrears. While living in the unit I made a Point of repairing and fixing and upgrading small things that I could, like putting up shelving in the pantry and putting kick boards on the outside doors.

To my knowledge I have been the model tenant, when it was time for me to move on I gave the correct amount of notice in Writing. After I had moved out the house I cleaned it and repaired small things and returned my unit keys within the allotted time according to contract. It is now almost 6 weeks later and I am still fighting to get my deposit back. I can never get hold of Lindi. I have on numerous occasions spoken to Debbie and Stefan , but get the run around from both of them with promises that they will get back to me. I have yet to receive a call from either of them. This is so sad that you get this sort of non service from a company like this.
