Despicable seivice from Allec Massel

I rented a unit in Tenor Estates in Bokburg from Allec massel properties, i then moved out on 2015/01/30. I paid these people a deposit of R4200 and R1000 for electricity. yestersday they only refunded R4000 though i vacated the unit in the same state as i moved in and this was agreed on when the final inspection was done.<br> an agent that i always dealt with from their side is lindi Mngomezulu who knows nothing about the word \good service"she phoned me on 2015/02/13 and told me that i was billed an R494.15 for electricity which would then be deducted from the R1000 deposit and the rest including the R4200. she then promised she would send me a breakdown of all the deductions but to this very very day"
