Deposit *******

I've been waiting for my depisit to be refunded for more than 31 days now, I keep on sending them email everyday, on Tuesday 15th I was told that my deposite was used to paint the damages, I asked which damages because the house that I was given 241 GOLDEN OAKS COMPLEX had a mold and it damed all my clothes and my shoes, after sending that email they came back and say No my deposit from 241 was transfered to 368 GOLDEN OAKS it never used for damages , today I sent them an email asking how long am I going to get my refund, the email I received from Hazel Gopal says " you wont get your full refund because they had to paint 368 because it was dirty" I told Hazel before I moved out in April that I found that house not painted, Alec Macel are realy ******* when it comes to refunding tenants back their deposit, I need my deposit in full, my clothes are damaged because of the mold in that Complex they moved me to 368 from 241 because of the mold even 368 had a mold, the indian lady who was staying there told me that she also moved out from 368 because of the mold but they moved me to the same house that someone has complained about ,I only knew about that when I was left with 1 month to move out, I feel sorry for GOLDEN OAKS TENANTS ALEC MASEL IS FULL OF NONSENSE
