DELAY TACTICS CONTINIUOUSLY

Been waiting for my deposit repayment for almost two months. The team at Alec Massel is unempathetic, rude, makes false promises, and incredibly unreliable. They are delaying the deposit repayment whilst they made moving out almost impossible. It's been an absolute pain dealing with these people, worse than dealing with swift reality who were pathetic.
