i paid the levies on the 26/03/2019 which is due on the last day of the month(meaning i always pay 5-6 days in advance)and the following month i received a statement stating that i did not pay for the month of march , the statement included interest, i therefore sent them the proof of payment.

and JAMIE KRUGER told me to pay R724.26 which is what we pay, now in may i received a statement in areas claiming that i should pay the interest charged in march because my payment was not "captured" and they still added more interest including an "SMS charge" and i did not receive any SMS. when i called Jamie Kruger to give me a breakdown of what i was charged for she couldn't explain and kept saying its the balance brought forward until she started shouting at me and hanging up on me.
