caretaker theft and insurance not covering because he did not have an employment contract

so Alec Massel failed to disclose to the owners that Comet Oaks previous caretaker did not have an employment contract and has ****** money that the insurance wont pay out. they have demanded R1500 from the owners of the complex to cover the theft and forced the owners to to make arrangements if not the monies to be paid will accumulate interest. i feel that this company is ********** because their auditors failed to catch up on the theft of the person they put as our caretaker now we have to pay for their negligence as a company.

i would like to know how will they compensate the owners because we pay on a monthly basis for levies. we have been waiting patiently for their response but they just bully us as owners
