Bad service from Lindi at ALEC MASSEL EST 1916 REAL ESTATE

Honestly am not happy with Alec Massel its been two years staying at Pasadena court I had issue with my water bill which it was high since from December 2021 sent them emails n I called, but they ignored my emails went straight to the office but my account statement still comes with a high water until today, around February 2022 A lady named by Lizzy told me to pay what I use pay until my water billing is fixed I kept on paying now their decided to block us from using electricity without any upgrading us, worse part I went to their office today to complain I find this rude lady named by Lindi gave me the worse bad service,as if she's the one paying instead of hearing my side since she doesn't check her emails n reason why there's arrears on my statement.there's so many wrong things in Pasadena court Alec massel estate but we keep on paying Alec massel should train their stuff how to talk to clients especially Lindi cause everyone complains about her
