Bad management

I'm an owner in this complex where the caretaker is not able to run the complex and the body corporate doesn't help to sort problems. It was promised that cameras were going to be installed overlooking the parking area which did not happen. Money was collected to create second parkings which only happened on one side and promises was made for another contractor to complete this job which also did not happen. The complex has 240 units which is over crowded. The swim and braai area is always locked. Children are not allowed to play in the play area which cause them to irritate other tenants. Children are not under parent's supervision and are allowed to do what they want. If you do complain about problems, you are told that you are actually lying because someone covers this, no investigation has been done from your side. I no longer wish to stay in this complex because of this poor management. New security is trying their best but I wonder how much support they get from you. My window's peg stay ***** was taken out so it's not safe to leave a window open. it is only about money and nothing gets resolved.
