Good day my name Is Maria Alley and i live in no 1 Medwood mews Meadowbrook Germiston/Edenvale

i was put on retirement in March this year due to Covid but still tried to pay my rent in full to Alec Massel. They have done nothing but put me trough hell the last four months regarding my full payment of rent. Irene who handle these units has called me non stop threatening me and screaming at me they will come and change the locks and swicth my electricity off. i even went as far as to pawn my car and paid 16 thousand rand in november but each month i have been paying some mone covering the electricity and some on my rent trying my best. She is extrmely rude representing Alec Massel creaming at the tenats which other tenants rent was outstanding 40 thousand but did nothing to them. there is a few tenants who is behind due to lock down and covid. not once did they come to speak to any of the tenants to help and give some relief to any of us as it was requested by the president. Irene told me i can go to any lawyer/ court she is not scared and dont care and have the cheek to tell me i am i miserable person because i cannot afford the full rent insulting me telling me i think i am GOD. I did make arrangements with lindy previously but she will not except my arrangement as i was not working at the time and i lie.

now she has given me one months notice to get out on the 10/11/20 and the letter is dated the 10/11/20 but keeps calling me that my month end on the end november which is not one months notice. i am trying to get out as soon as i can because i am forced to get out and think this is ********* to treat and speak to people like that who has also been affected by lockdown and covid. SHE IS A RUDE AND NASTY PERSON AND SHOULD NOT BE RESPRESENTING A AGENT WITH SUCH BAD MANNERS AT ALL AND HAVE NO RIGHT TO TREAT ANYONE LIKE SHE WISH. we are still under emergency but they just dont care about anyone feelings or health. my husband is a COPD patient and is on oxygen and she still told me i lie when i got a letter from his doctor she still did not care just cut the power. where is the fairness in all of this as no one should be treating people like they are animals no matter who you are. i feel that the above that accured is absolutely discusting after pleading and begging for some mercy. AND THE ANSWER IS I DONT CARE
