Alec Massed household irritation since 1916

Good Day

Gave notice to Irene of Alec Masell,by hand, requested a joint exit inspection 1 Aug 2017, wasdenied (stating inspector is busy--now stating that do i want the inspector to come fetch me and hold my hand!)-no joint inspection was done.

Now the dispute!

Was told to wait 21 days for my refund (in contravention of the Housing Rental Act) , from before my keys handed in! Subsequently,.they now alleged all kinds of non exitent damages to the convenient ammount of my deposit, due to me ZERO,

Stay clear this "agent", (definitely no resemblance to housing and good governance and fairness)
