ASAP Steel and Pipe not responding

I have requested a quote from ASAP Steel website over a week ago. I have received a confirmation e-mail that states a salesman by the name Tristan Muller will be following up with the quote which did not happen at all. This morning I sent a mail to enquire about this quote and the mail was responded to by Lezanda Els stating that she "will find out" for me and I also had no further communication from her.

I have been a customer of ASAP steel for approximately 7 years now and I have always received top quality service from them. I am seriously disappointed with how the quality of their service has dropped since my last purchase. If I can not even have a quote what type of service am I gonna have after I made a payment?
