ASAP Steel and Pipe not responding
I have requested a quote from ASAP Steel website over a week ago. I have received a confirmation e-mail that states a salesman by the name Tristan Muller will be following up with the quote which did not happen at all. This morning I sent a mail to enquire about this quote and the mail was responded to by Lezanda Els stating that she "will find out" for me and I also had no further communication from her. I have been a customer of ASAP steel for approximately 7 years now and I have always received top quality service from them. I am seriously disappointed with how the quality of their service has dropped since my last purchase. If I can not even have a quote what type of service am I gonna have after I made a payment?

ASAP Gone are the days of good service.
I have been using ASAP for at least 14 years most of that time was when I was based in the Vaal triangle. Over the last 2 years I have been using ASAP Hillfox. They make promises to deliver the next day, days later still no delivery. Ask for quotes and have to wait for up to 3 days. Material delivered is wrong material. The way I have been treated as a client by the current manger Is disgusting, I sat with him when he first arrived and we discussed the service. He agreed with everything I said and then a few weeks later tells me that I should rather find another supplier. Terrible service delivery, bad attitude. I stopped using them for a few months and thought I would give them another chance. I was at the store yesterday placed the order and paid, I asked Joshua the salesperson to please send me a copy of the invoice on WhatsApp as he was busy with another client aid he would, I am still waiting and no steel has been delivered I have sent messages a I now use Riverbend Steel in Johannesburg North. I receive a quote within 10 Min. Same say delivery or first thing the following day. Great service, friendly staff. They deal with their clients with respect and integrity.
