Why are lower classed areas receiving stale Albany bread?

Stale bread being delivered constantly even after complaining, this company is collecting old bread from their big retailers and reselling it to small tuck shops. When small customers complain to the Albany trucks that deliver they literally argue and cannot except the truth. Like their attitudes, it's disgusting opening a packet of bread to make lunches and find the bread dry, smelly, discolored and cannot return it in morning when leaving for work as shops are closed, so forced to send my family out with old bread. And most importantly tiring and hurtful spending money on stale bread. Yet when purchased through bigger retailers their bread is fresh.
